Terms of Service

MILA is software. It learns the brand information you give it and produces recommendations, weekly plans, scripts, captions and answers. It is a creative assistant: it does not publish on your behalf, does not manage your social accounts, and does not guarantee growth, reach, engagement or sales.

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account details.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
• One account per person. Studio covers multiple brands, not multiple people.

• Free is available with no card and no charge, at the allowances published on our pricing page.
• MILA Pro is €24 per month and MILA Studio is €49 per month, billed in advance as a recurring subscription until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive your card details.
• Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes are added or included as required by law and shown at checkout.
• Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. We do not offer unlimited usage; the current allowances are published on the pricing page and enforced in the product.
• If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

You can cancel at any time from Account inside the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to Free. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.

• Your Brand DNA and anything you upload remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you.
• Output MILA generates for you is yours to use commercially. Similar output may be generated for other users, so we cannot grant exclusivity over it.
• You are responsible for what you publish: check facts, claims, rights to any references, and the rules of the platform you post to.

Do not use MILA to produce unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content, to impersonate others, to resell the raw service, or to attempt to breach, scrape or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access, and features may change as the product develops. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are breached, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund any period already paid for and not yet used.
